How to Request Cuesta Transcripts ****

****Please note when requesting Cuesta Transcripts to be sent to Ms. Miller:

Step 7:  Submit an official transcript to the registrar when you complete the course

         When you complete the course, please request an official transcript. You can request an electronic/PDF copy (MyCuesta -> “order official transcripts”) for a small fee.  Send them directly to our Registrar, Amanda Miller, via email.  The first step in ordering requires an email to “send order receipt & status updates;” this is where you should enter your student email address.  When you get to the Recipients step, click “enter recipient manually” and enter the following information for Amanda Miller: 

o    Recipient email is:  amiller@templetonusd.org

o    Attention/Department:  THS Registrar

o    Address:  1200 S. Main St. / Templeton / CA / 93465

o    Phone number:  805-434-5893

o    Do not have the transcript sent to yourself and forward it along to Ms. Miller.  This will result in you needing to resend and pay the fees again.

         To avoid having a transcript sent before your grade has officially posted to your transcript, unclick the option “send now (with work in progress if enrolled).  This way, your transcript will not be sent until your final grade has been awarded.
