How to Request Cuesta Transcripts ****

****Please note when requesting Cuesta Transcripts to be sent to Mrs. Hanson:

Step 7:  Submit an official transcript to the registrar when you complete the course

  •  When you complete the course, please request an official transcript. You can request an electronic/PDF copy (MyCuesta -> student self service -> records -> order official transcripts) for a small fee.  Send them directly to our Registrar, Laurel Hanson, via email.  The first step in ordering requires an email to “send order receipt & status updates”; this is where you should enter your student email address.  To avoid having a transcript sent before your grade has officially posted to your transcript, unclick the option “send now (with work in progress if enrolled) and select “hold for ____ final grades.”.  This way, your transcript will not be sent until your final grade has been awarded.

o   Primary reason for ordering: For transfer of Courses Taken Elsewhere

  • When you get to the Recipients step, click “enter recipient manually” and enter the following information.   Do not have the transcript sent to yourself and forward it along to Mrs. Hanson.  This will result in you needing to resend and pay the fees  again. 

o    Recipient email is:

o  Do not provide an attachment.  Do not check the California State University or IGETC box
