2022 League Champions

Welcome to Eagles Golf!  Home of the 2022 Undefeated Ocean League Champions. 

The young 2022 team, led by Freshman Owen Bousman, finished the regular season 14-0 overall and 11-0 in league before advancing to CIF as a team.  Bousman and fellow Freshman Wyatt Wilson advanced to the 2^nd round Central Section Championship.

Eagles Golf is in the highly competitive Mountain League (including Division I teams Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo).  The golf team is open for anyone interested to tryout, but it is required that everyone have their own clubs.  Players should also have experience playing, be able to complete an 18 hole round of golf and know the general rules and etiquette of golf.

All players interested will need to participate in mandatory practices beginning January 9^th unless prearranged with the Athletic Department or Golf Coaching staff.  Examples of reasons to not begin January 9^th include participation in winter sports such as basketball and soccer. The first week of practice will include assessments of all players by coaching staff.  Recommendations will be made on what to work on and prepare for upcoming tryouts.  The first round of tryouts will conclude on January 19^th with initial cuts being made.  If you’re excused from practicing on January 9^th, you will be assessed and complete tryouts the first full week you are available to practice.  A completed roster will be finalized in February.

All home matches and practices are held at Hunter Ranch Golf Course.  The course requires a signed Course Waiver and membership in Youth on Course which I highly recommend for all youth golfers as the benefits and low cost of golfing throughout the state are amazing (typically just $5/ round).
